The method of spinning to the beat of music is something that will become very familiar to you in a class with Nicholas. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Nicholas has spent many years devoted to dance. After graduating from the University of Arizona, Nicholas performed in companies both in the U.S. and Tokyo, Japan. Following his move to LA, spin quickly became his main form of cardio. It was a new way for him to push physical boundaries as well as encourage others to do the same. His spin class is full of encouragement and positive energy while riders discover their own stride and internal rhythm.

What is one of your favorite fitness moments so far in life?
A favorite fitness moment of mine is when my mom took my spin class for the first time. She was used to seeing me on stage performing, but for the first time hearing me command a room with more than just my body but with my voice as well was a time that I truly cherished. The reason this was so important to me is because I am typically very soft spoken and I have never enjoyed speaking in public, but working in fitness brought out a new side of me and I was happy that my mom was able to be the witness to that.
